Refunds + Exchanges

All sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item(s) arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us here within 10 days of receipt so that we may find a proper resolution. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name, phone number and address (to send replacement as necessary)
  • Photos of defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

 

Custom Orders

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order, or any product that was not in-stock and readily available to ship at the time of purchase.

Once a custom order is placed, our designer will work their magic to make your item big, bright, and bold. All custom designs, patterns, and colors will be created and chosen by LMA, and cannot be changed, modified, or affected after purchase.
